RETURNS

Upaveda Cosmétologie guarantee quality. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We assure you that you will be completely satisfied with our products or your money back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@upaveda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned; for example, you use or remove more than 20% of a product, then decide to return it; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products that are intimate in use). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact customer service to have a return shipping label emailed to you. Call 1-833-878-3327 or email to care@upaveda.com.

2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.

3.Your return package can be given to your local Post Office or a Dehlivery Drop Station or Agent for pick-up.

USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD – Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return order to arrive at our warehouse, undergo processing and a refund to be issued.
