India (Pan-India) Shipping and Handling Information

Upaveda.com offers Delhivery Express Parcel (3-7 Business Days) on all orders. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages are usually delivered within 5 business days.

It is possible for any shipment to be subject to delays while in transit.

Please note: orders ship only on business days. If your order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. (weekends are not considered business days). Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent errors or delays in shipping. We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order. We are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit, damaged or for shipping delays by the carrier.

Signature on Arrival: For order values of Rs 5000+ may require signature on arrival of your package.

Shipping Costs

Pan India Flat Rate of Rs 250.00.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

Any lost package is the responsibility of Delhivery and any complaints or claims should be directed to Delhivery. Upaveda Cosmétologie is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact Delhivery and file a claim with them.

India Sales Tax

We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) at the following rate:  IGST (18%)

US Shipping and Handling Information 

Upaveda.com offers UPS Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days) on all orders. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages are usually delivered within 7 business days.

UPS® Expedited and UPS Express® Air delivery is available and if selected, orders with this expedited shipping method will be processed within 1 business day. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages with expedited delivery should arrive within 2 business days. However, please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing COVID-19 related delays.

*Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only be sent through 2nd Day with cost varying depending on location.

Upaveda.com offers UPS Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days) on all orders in Canada. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

UPS® Expedited and UPS Express® Air delivery is available and if selected, orders with this expedited shipping method will be processed within 1 business day. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages with expedited delivery should arrive within 2-3 business days. However, please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing COVID-19 related delays.

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and India. 

We are unable to ship to other international destinations, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, and PO/APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

US Sales Tax

We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WA.

Canadian Sales Tax

We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders for the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
